IEP for “Tom”

This is a hypothetical Individual Education Program (IEP) done by a partner and myself to show our understanding of the process. We used existing Present Level of Performance (PLOP) indicators as well as assessment and teacher data to create a goal oriented IEP aimed at the Washington State Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction standards.
